The Super Bowl!
The World Series!
These are really important sounding names, right? And then, the NBA Finals. How boring, right? They deserve a better name, especially since it's arguably the finale in which the best team truly wins, in that in baseball the team that happens to get hot at the end of the season usually pulls it out, and in football any team can win on any given Sunday (they need to play a best of three or something). And in hockey . . . who the F cares?
So, Seven Readers, what should they call it?
PS: There's another blog below where I need your input. I'm blogging two a day to get caught up to still make that 365 blogs in 365 days thing. Thanks!

I don't know....the National Basketball Association (NBA) Finals...I think it sounds pretty official and prestigious.
~hl~
Next to World Series and Super Bowl it sounds kind of blah. Come on, Lynny! Rack that brain of yours!
Man, I've been racking my brain all afternoon and still nuthin!...I think my creativity doesn't apply to basketball, I'm more of a football chick! Perhaps tonight at work, I'll make my co-workers at my second job help me come up with something.

Heather: Thanks for looking into it!
basketball used up its creative naming budget on march madness.
Yeah, they really did, and you could say that they used the creativity up in the rounds leading up to the finals: The NCAA Finals? Boring! Elite Eight, Sweet Sixteen, Final Four, now those are cool . . .
PS: That cup of coffee looks really good. I'm trying to quit caffeine. Again.
its actually not coffee, its coke and 99 cherries in a mug.
I like the idea of it being coffee better. You ruined it . . .
The World Hoop?
...no, that sucks. Sorry. All I've got.
5000: hahaha. Thanks for playing!
