Today's Inner Monologue During the Race

Don't worry, Dr. Ken, that's just pain leaving the body.  Wait, the pain is still here for sure.  The phrase is "pain is weakness leaving the body."  That makes more sense because the pain is here for sure, as is the weakness.  This just must be plain old pain.

Playing catchup on your last 2 entries. Great song choices for your playlist esp. the one by Europe. I hear it's always those "final" couple of miles/km that are always the hardest.I like listening to mainly Madonna when working out. Congratulations on completing the marathon. Rest well & have a great weekend.

Did you win?

Cocaine: This was just a half marathon. I have done full ones with not so good times, so I tried to do this half fast. Painful. Madonna may have helped. Holiday!

6000: Far from it, but very glad to have broken the 2 hour mark!

It takes me that long to have an orgasm too. "I went from taking no time at all to taking forever, I skipped the whole middle ground!"

2 hours? That's a good problem to have, I'd say!
